Atelier Janna Geesink<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Fine jewellery is often the first thing visitors to the gallery notice when they look at my showcases. That’s right! As a jewellery maker and designer, I love fine lines, organic imperfections, rough textures, asymmetry, subtlety and detail, as well as the warmth of gold and the colour of precious stones. All designs originate from a still vague idea or image. Then follows the design \/ creation process. A piece of jewellery gets its final form during this process of imagination, playing with shapes and proportions, experimenting with material, technique and tools. This results in small, wearable objects, which hopefully stimulate the viewer to keep looking at them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because I work in series, there are often different jewelry of the same design, rings, pendants, earrings, pins or necklaces. Or possible on request! The collection is constantly changing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like to work with fair trade gold, which has a positive impact on the locations of the raw materials (society and the environment) or recycled materials such as fused ‘old gold’ and recycled diamonds.
